Bounce Back

A small intimate classes where you can bring your baby. What a great way to look after yourself and bond with your little one! While re -introducing exercise after having a baby.

Enjoy 6 weeks of education and revolutionary ‘WHOLE BODY’ Pelvic floor and Core exercise, layered with delicious nutrition and self-care guidance whatever life phase you’re in that’s been getting awesome results since 2013!

Postnatal Strength

Build on the foundation strength you have developed through Everywoman or Bounce Back. Using a combination of boxing and circuit training to improve your physical strength in order to cope with the demands of modern-day motherhood!

1-2-1 Personal Training

My personal training sessions are the perfect way to carve out some time for yourself and focus on your own personal fitness and wellbeing goals. I understand a woman’s body and the changes it goes through at different life stages.

Small group Sessions

A great way to reap the benefits of a PT session in groups of 4.  With incredible camaraderie and support.
